Did you get carried away with Chrome extensions?



Have you gotten a little too carried away with all of the awesome Chrome extensions? If so, your Chrome search field may become too small, especially if you work in split screen. To fix this, place your cursor on the right-hand side of the search field. It will turn into a 2 headed arrow. Drag the arrow to the right and your extensions will collapse. You can access them by clicking on the >> arrows on the right-hand side of the browser.

Create a multiplication game with Scratch

Students will enjoy creating their own multiplication game where they try to outrace the "bad guy" to the finish line!  Some of the concepts taught include; creating variables, random numbers, storing values, looping, if/then/else statements, parallel programming, coordinates, and more.  This can be completed with advanced third graders, fourth, and fifth grade.
